Uncle Rick and Aunt Ulli's Schnitzel

This is page 2 of my recipe book, Uncle Rick and Aunt Ulli's Schnitzel.
This is a sure fire hit with everyone who has ever tried it. I like to serve it with the Irish Mashed potatoes and a green veggie.
Some people like to do this dish with gravy, but I prefer it with fresh lemon...it gives it just the right flavor. You can also use boneless pork chops instead of the pork loin.

When we moved to Mt.Shasta,Ca. near Uncle Rick and Aunt Ulli, we had dinner together almost every night, it was always wonderful...Big meals and lots of family, sometimes it got a bit hectic...lol but it was never boring!

No matter what my kids have planned, if I am making Schnitzel they are guaranteed to be home.=)
